2025 Churchill Spring Trip: Walt Disney World

March 6th through 10th 

Trip includes: Round trip airfare, 5 Day Park Hopper Pass, resort security, tour guide/manager on the trip for questions or information, travel to and from Orlando airport, free trip shirt, meals covered for breakfast and dinner, 5 day and 4 night stay on Disney property!

Requirements for trip: 

-students attending the trip must be enrolled in the 2024-2025 band program throughout the entire school year

-band fees must be paid in full prior to attending the trip

-parents/legal guardians are encouraged to attend the trip and will have chaperone responsibilities while attending

-students must be in good standing with the district, Churchill High School and band program

-First payment will be April 1st of $269 and monthly payments of $259 there after

-An overall trip fundraiser will happen with all monies collected to be divided among all students attending the trip

-There are non-refundable payments, purchasing trip insurance is encouraged and assists

-Fundraisers for band fees will happen throughout the school year to help offset costs.
